Letter to My Future Wife

Dear Future Wife,

I haven't met you yet but i'm currently short of words already because anytime i close my eye to get the picture of what you look like , it brings a rich smile to my face. Writing you a letter has been in my heart for some hours and i am glad to  finally have the oppourtunity to write you one.

Sweetheart, Many times we are so obsessed with grammars that we don't know the value of a thing simply because of it's name. I am not a student of english language but as a writer, i have the knowledge of it's features and characters.
The fact that i have many gifts doesn't mean i have it all , because somebody's else one gift could swallow up my plenty gifts. We shouldn't be concerned with the PLURAL FORM but the VALUE FORM.
Baby, I don't need many gifts , i only need one gift which is YOU! I can't just wait to see your pretty Face and your prudent eyes , i know you invest more in having a eye that sees far than make ups and the likes.

Wherever you are dear, your first love "JESUS" must be your priority , put many smiles on his face by seeking the kingdom. I want to meet you all fired up for christ , i want to hear you tell me stories of how you preached the gospel and wrought miracles.
Also, Baby, be calm. I am not a lazy man , anytime i remember i have a queen to meet , it doubles up my energy towards hardwork , you are the reason i can't just give up on my visions and dreams. I know the best i can do for you is to invest more on my self , i don't want to be a burden to you , i am doing all the spiritual and physical exercises to lift up your burdens. I have and will attend more conferences , i have and i will go for more prayer meetings , i have and will study my bible more , so you can meet a man of stature.

Our union will be a union seasoned with love, joy and peace. I promise to love you even in your weakness , i promise to let the world see that beauty in you. We'd play and pray together , we'd worship and fellowship together , we'd laugh and rejoice together.

My lovely future wife , i promise to be your loverboy , i have plans to learn how to dress hair so i can sit with your hair and give it the perfect touch. I won't just be a husband but a priest over you. I can't wait to hear your "YES I DO". Believe me , my proposal style will be different. I will respect and honour you, i have hidden many of my romantic gifts from other ladies to see because they are meant for only.

I promise to make you laugh , believe me , you will never regret you met me.
Our kids, our kids will burn for christ at their young age even to the end. Writing this letter is bringing me the images of how beautiful our children will be. I will be their Father , their Priest , their Prophet , their Counsellor and their friend. We'd raise them up together in the way of the lord.

And for the financial part , believe me , your Man is not taking it for granted. We'd swim in riches and dive in wealth.
But one thing , i want from you is to get ready. Buy edifying books and read them , go for edifying conferences and learn things , make sure your prayer altar never runs dry , love God and love men , respect others but never compare yourself to them. My dream is to see you ready for me.
Olori mi, continue in fellowship with the holy spirit for he has the power to prune and bring out that beauty in you.

My sweetheart , my queen, my gist partner, my baby , my adviser and my wife to be. I love you so much and i am praying for you. 😘😘

Your Friend, your everyday crush , your encourager and your husband to be.

Timilehin David
