Little lies spoils the big package

Don't try trivialising this piece ,there's so much lessons to learn from it.

I have come across several believers who doesn't see telling lies as a big deal , their thoughts are always "At least i didn't kill or fornicate".

Well , you are right. You didn't kill neither did you fornicate but you have cheated yourself from being trusted by God. God loves everybody but God doesn't trust everybody.

You might wonder what telling a lie has to do with the trust of God but here's the plan truth , telling a lie is bad and it's a SIN!.

I remember a year ago ,the holy ghost was teaching me on the annointing that comes from integrity. Yes ,not all annointing comes from prayer or fasting, some comes on the account of your integrity towards God's word. They come on the account of those times you stood up to say the truth unashamedly despite of the thick pressure that came from friends , family and even other believers.

That lie you tag 'small' has the ability to spoil that big package God has for you. With all our understanding on the grace of God which I'm a product of ,many has losed the truth that the devil is still the accuser of the breathen and he is always looking for a way to make us blow up our big chances.

And remember ,God is not only our father ,but also a judge and the foundation of his throne are righteousness and Justice.

Those lies doesn't glorify God in anyway , it's "dirt" and it shouldn't be heard among believers. Truly you and i have been made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus but we shouldn't add "dirt" to that precious name.

You carry the spirit of truth then why should your outpours be lies?

This is not a deep writeup like you expected but the wise will find truth in it.
